All of our services are subject exclusively to these Terms and Conditions, unless modified or supplemented by written agreement.
Our offers are valid for a limited period, either according to statutory regulations or as specified in the offer itself. All offers are confidential and may only be disclosed to persons directly involved in processing them.
All prices listed on our website are gross (inclusive). All bookings are binding.
We accept most major credit cards, cash payments in the vehicle, payment by invoice, and payment via bank or postal transfer.
In the event of a cancellation, the customer will be charged according to our cancellation policy:
Up to 24 hours before the start of the service: no charge
24 – 4 hours before the start of the service: 50% of the booking amount
Less than 4 hours before the start of the service or in case of a no-show: 100% of the booking amount
Primetransfers.ch accepts no liability for delays caused by force majeure, traffic congestion, technical breakdowns, incorrect pick-up or destination information, or any other circumstances beyond our control.
For your safety and that of our chauffeurs, the Swiss legal regulations on working and rest times for professional passenger transport (ARV 1 and ARV 2) apply.
Payment must be made by bank or postal transfer, or by credit card, no later than 10 days after completion of the service. We reserve the right to request a different method of payment in certain cases. Withholding payments or offsetting our claims against counterclaims not recognized by us is not permitted.
All disputes are subject exclusively to Swiss law. The place of jurisdiction is Bülach. Our company will always strive to resolve any differences with customers amicably and by mutual agreement.
